Once we have sourced the venues for you we will send you contact details, internet links with photos, and a written report (with brochure if available). We will also provide you a guide price with menus, wine lists, capacity, and children’s facilities availability for your chosen date(s). Supply and Search Service This package is aimed at organizers that want to do most of the arranging themselves and have already decided on a venue. It can be difficult to know which suppliers are reliable and you may want an independent overview of the quality of services you will get. We will give you the contact details of at least 3 reliable and recommended services in each of Catering, Entertainment, Floral Arrangements, and Venue Dressing. Full Concept Package This package gives you all the elements of the Planning and Design Package but goes one step further in complementing your day.
This package will include on-the-day attendance for a minimum of 2 hours by one of our events co-coordinators. This discreet behind the scenes service is complimentary to those choosing this package. The co-ordinator will act us an usher and oversee the party, ensuring everything runs smoothly. If you require more than 2 hours attendance on the day there will be an hourly rate charged.
