Each ceremony is created together with the family and additional readings and words are recommended to make your ceremony unique and personal. Not only do we have the skills and expertise to conduct your ceremony, we can also provide you with a range of event planning packages to compliment your day. Celebrant Attendance Package An experienced celebrant will meet with the family to discuss their requirements and order of ceremony. An exchange of ideas for the content of the ceremony will be discussed. The celebrant will write the ceremony and it will be approved by the family. The celebrant will liaise with the family prior to the ceremony date and will then conduct the ceremony on the chosen date at the desired location. If holding the ceremony at home please see our guide lines”ceremonies at home". A naming ceremony certificate will be presented to the family by the celebrant at the end of the ceremony. Venue Selection Service This service gives you 5 recommended venues to choose from and is based on the information given on your online form and communication between us. Once we have sourced the venues for you we will send you contact details, internet links with photos, and a written report (with brochure if available). We will also provide you a guide price with menus, wine lists, capacity, and children’s facilities availability for your chosen date(s). (Please note if you require a celebrant the cost of our celebrant will be added to your invoice.) Supply and Search Service This package is aimed at families that want to do most of the arranging themselves and have already decided on a venue. It can be difficult to know which suppliers are reliable and you may want an independent overview of the quality of services you will get. We will give you the contact details of at least 3 reliable and recommended services in each of Catering, Photography, Floral Arrangements, Venue Dressing. This package is not limited to the four specific areas mentioned above. (Please note if you require a celebrant the cost of our celebrant will be added to your invoice.) For our families that really do want to take a step back and let someone else take on the responsibility for planning and co-coordinating the day from start to finish we have put together a few packages that cover a wider range of services guaranteed to make your day a success. This package will include on-the-day attendance for a minimum of 2 hours by an events co-coordinator. This discreet behind the scenes service is complimentary to those choosing this package. The co-ordinate will act us an usher and over see the ceremony ensuring everything runs smoothly. If you require more than 2 hours attendance on the day there will be an hourly rate charged.
